Right of withdrawal
If you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods, subject to conditions for sealed goods related to health protection when opened.
Condition of returned items
Products must be returned with seals intact where applicable, together with any promotional materials shipped in the same parcel. We may reduce the refund if the value has diminished beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Refunds
Approved refunds use the same payment method unless technically impossible. Processing may take up to fourteen days from the day we receive the goods or evidence of return.
